Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Funnel Flow AI, Inc. ("Funnel Flow AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or submitting a waitlist application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this page or submit an application.

The waitlist is an application to be considered for a research-based founding-partner cohort. It is not a purchase, an order, a reservation of product, or a contract for services. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, an interview, a demonstration, a pilot, early access, any specific pricing, or any particular outcome. Any future commercial relationship would be governed by a separate written agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization named in your application. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it current by contacting us if it materially changes. We may decline, remove, or disqualify applications that appear automated, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading, at our discretion.

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide about the founding-partner program, including a confirmation message and follow-up communications. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting info@funnelflowai.com. Joining the waitlist carries no spam and no purchase pressure.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the page or submit the form;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the page or its systems, or attempt to access data belonging to other applicants;
• Interfere with the operation of the page or impose an unreasonable load on it; or
• Use the page for any unlawful purpose.

The page, its content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Funnel Flow AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the page to learn about and apply to the waitlist. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the page or its content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy — to review your application, contact you, and conduct product-market research.

Please do not submit trade secrets or information you consider confidential through the waitlist form. Application information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, but the form is not a channel for confidential disclosures, and no non-disclosure obligation arises from submitting it.

THIS PAGE AND THE WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PAGE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Funnel Flow AI, Inc. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PAGE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PAGE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funnel Flow AI, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the page, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the waitlist will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the page after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the page and the waitlist.
