Privacy Policy

Prepared for review by legal counsel before reliance.
1. Who we are
Funnel Flow AI, Inc. ("Funnel Flow AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the founding-partner waitlist offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the waitlist, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
You can reach us at info@funnelflowai.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the waitlist application, we collect:
- Contact details — first and last name, work email address, phone number (optional), organization name, website (optional), and job title.
- Application answers — your responses to the qualification questions, including your organization type, current situation, desired 90-day result, biggest obstacle, investment range, timeline, and any additional notes you choose to provide.
- Consent record — the fact that you agreed to be contacted about the founding-partner program.
- Submission metadata — the date and time of your submission, the referring page, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) from the link you arrived through, when present.
- Abuse-prevention data — an anonymized, one-way cryptographic fingerprint of your network address, used only to limit spam and repeated automated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your application.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the waitlist is not directed at children.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Review and evaluate your application to the founding-partner program;
- Contact you about your application, including interviews, demonstrations, pilot opportunities, or early access;
- Send you the confirmation email you receive after applying and related program communications you consented to;
- Conduct product-market research that shapes our solution, pricing, and implementation support, using aggregated or de-identified information where practical;
- Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the waitlist; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following bases: your consent (for program communications, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in evaluating applications, improving our offering, and preventing abuse; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host our database, send our emails, and operate this website, each bound to process data only on our instructions;
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Applications are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Public visitors can only submit the form; only authorized staff accounts can read, update, or delete applications. Credentials and keys are held server-side and never exposed in the page code. Email is sent through a verified sending domain with standard authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
We keep application information for as long as the founding-partner program remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your requests and meet legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of application data.
7. Analytics and cookies
This page may use privacy-respecting page and event analytics to understand how the page performs. Analytics providers are active only when an identifier has been configured by us; we do not run advertising trackers by default. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because no analytics run unless configured.
8. Your rights and choices
You may at any time:
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted;
- Withdraw your consent to program communications; and
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law provides.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@funnelflowai.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and within any deadline required by applicable law. Depending on your state or country of residence (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EEA/UK under the GDPR), you may have additional statutory rights; we do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you submit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will notify waitlist applicants by email.
